Curtain Call Theater Company strives to make professional level theater more accessible through the power of Virtual Theater in Final Fantasy XIV and encourage others to create more theater online, at home, or anywhere while providing resources to learn and succeed from experienced creators and professionals in the theater & content industry.

How it Started

One night the two founders, Chili and Ahro'zi came together to talk about something very important to them: Theater. Virtual Theater is no stranger to the FFXIV community, though there always seemed to be something missing. Over time they discovered there was a lack of resources, new plays, and education. So they put their brains together, assembled a team and figured out a plan. The goal was to create a professional level virtual theater that offered a space to generate and develop new plays inspired or not inspired by Final Fantasy XIV, as well as offer educational opportunities for people to learn about theater for no cost. Theater is not the most accessible artform, but with our platform people can see theater for free in game or on twitch. We are not the first to do this, and we do not want to be the last. We hope our space inspires and gives others the tools to go forward and create their own theater, so we can make theater more and more accessible to everyone.

Theater & Performance Classes

We also host our own classes periodically. These cover topics like staging, macros, scenic design, choreography, sound, etc. These will always be hosted in our discord education section as well as in game for demonstrations and to help you learn hands on. This isn't only a great way for you to learn some skills, but to also grow and start your own productions!
